BelliVadum at University of Notre Dame Wine, Beer and Spirits Symposium
BelliVadum was honored to participate in the University of Notre Dame's inaugural Wine, Beer, and Spirits Industry Symposium, an executive gathering that brought together over 40 industry leaders. We engaged in panel discussions aimed at addressing the industry's most pressing challenges and working together to identify pathways for sustainable growth within a highly regulated environment. Notable figures from the Notre Dame Family Wines, including David Duncan of Silver Oak and Toomey Cellars, Paul Hobbs of Paul Hobbs Winery, Eric Jensen of Booker Vineyards, and John Micek of Red Stitch Wines, also participated.
Our 2021 Estate Chehalem Mountains Pinot Noir was selected as the featured wine for the kick-off dinner and was showcased at the wine stations throughout the symposium. Sharing the stage with such esteemed vintners from the Notre Dame community further underscores BelliVadum's commitment to excellence in winemaking. Here are some pictures from the event!
