Bottling the 2022 Vintage

Bottling day at BelliVadum this year was particularly special, as our kids—Luke, Aidan, and JoJo—experienced it firsthand. They were involved in every stage, from filling bottles to adding capsules, and finally boxing. This hands-on participation not only made the day more memorable for us but also for them, marking their first step into the process.

We're thrilled to introduce two exceptional wines from this bottling: the 2022 Estate Willamette Valley and our collaborative effort, the 2022 Chehalem Mountains. Both wines are a testament to our dedication to excellence and our connection with the local community. Crafted with care, each bottle encapsulates the essence of its origin, promising an experience that reflects the beauty and depth of the Willamette Valley. They will be made available in early 2023, so be sure to check back then!
